Cameras use shutter speed, aperture, and electronic ISO to expose the sensor and get a good shot properly. Over time, they have become more advanced to allow for shooting in low-light scenarios. One of those advancements is dual native ISO. This means that two points on the ISO curve allow optimal signal-to-noise ratio, allowing for a more properly exposed shot at a higher ISO level. For Photographers, this is just another thing to learn and utilize in situations where it is low light, and to get the shot you want, you need to use the next level or base ISO.
