Two construction workers stand on a steel beam looking up at a crane in the black-and-white shot. The fact that the construction workers have no safety equipment other than a helmet piqued my curiosity in this photograph, as OSHA now requires numerous aspects of safety. The composition of the image, the majority of the weight is on the bottom of the image, aside from the clipped crane, which gives the crane a floating appearance.
