The mood of this photo is frantic. The subject (woman with bags) is in stride (in motion) which gives motion to the right. The fact that the shot is not straight also gives an unnatural feel. This stems from the fact that almost everything we see in the world is straightened relative to use unless we are in a compromising situation. Maybe we are on a rollercoaster or falling over. This makes photos taken off-pitch feel like we are in those situations.
