This book is a variety of horizontal and vertical photos taken with a standard lens. I am currently studying architecture at Lehigh University, so I am continuously fascinated by the buildings and structures around me. Since Lehigh is in Bethlehem, PA, I have been looking at the difference in building and design structures along with how Bethlehem has been changing to accommodate the university students, interfering with local residents, creating gentrification. With these photos, you will see a side by side of the older buildings in comparison to the more modern buildings, showing the gentrification of south side Bethlehem.

  1. Your link needs to be updated so we can see your images. I like your concept but many of your images could support the idea better, perhaps by showing the changes that you point out.

  2. Cohesively, all your shots are well related and there is an obvious connection. I think it might have been pretty interesting to include more people into your shots but your theme in general is interesting enough.
